I tried on slay the spire to unsub resub and it worked until a restart then started right back to the same. Then after it downloads gigs of workshop content, it still is not available. Civilization VI, American and Euro Truck Simulators, Slay the Spire, etc. Every time I restart Steam, it wants to redownload all my workshop mods for multiple games.
